Heaven is for Real

I believe in heaven. I grew up in a Christian family. Therefore, my belief in heaven is not skeptical at all. Heaven is a place where there are no sadness or sickness. It is a everlasting haven that is full of happiness and love. I have heard about the lavish decorations from the book of Revelation. The door of the heaven is pearl and the walls are made with pure gold. But recently, I have learned that going into heaven is maybe the hardest task in the world. Becoming a Christian does not guarantee your ticket to heaven. Just believing in God and Jesus is not it. You have to be born again.
Before the Reformation, Catholic started to sell indulgence to buy their way to heaven. However, as I have mentioned, it is not a easy task. The easy candidate will be the pure children. They are the only exceptions. People who have come back from the dead says that the road to heaven is very narrow. It is a narrow road on a steep cliff that one can fall off easily. However the highway to hell is the opposite; easiest road for everyone.

During my summer break, my mom read a book review of "Heaven is for Real" by Todd Burpo. We immediately ordered three copies from the Amazon. It is an astounding story of a little boy's trip to heaven and back. The little boy, Colton, at age three, tells his life in heaven as he left his body during the surgery. He describes and talks about the stories of heaven that he has never learned and met the people who had once lived on earth.  From this book, I can see the innocence and the truth from this child as he talks about Jesus, angels and God. This book is amazing. We must believe like a child to enter heaven. An eternity place after death is really truely forever. So I hope you believe in what I believe. This is real. :)
